is every fracture need surgery?

it is not mandatory to get operated for every fracture. But fractures with displacement and fractures involving the joint may need proper fixation because if the joint involving fracture is not united properly will cause loss of movement around that joint and constant pain. we will call it as malunion. The surgery for malunion also have lesser outcomes. In our hospital we will choose between management with or without surgery after explaining everything to patient in detail.
